Presenter- Joan Zaccardi, DrNP, APN, FAANP

"Managing Genitourinary syndrome of Menopause (GSM) and Vulvar/Vaginal Atrophy (VVA)."  

Joan E. Zaccardi, DrNP, FNP-BC, FAANP, is the Nurse Practitioner/Administrative

Practice Manager at Urogynecology Arts of New Jersey. Dr. Zaccardi is the current President for the Forum of Nurses in Advanced Practice/NJSNA and the AANP NJ State Representative. In 2016, she was inducted as a Fellow of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Dr. Zaccardi served as former Treasurer of NJSNA Region 6, and as Secretary for the American

College of Nurse Practitioners. She presented on women’s health at local, national and

international conferences, published articles, and actively participates in research studies.

A light supper will be provided. A short business meeting will follow. 

This continuing nursing education activity was approved by New Jersey State Nurses Association,

an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
