Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner New

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and purpose-driven Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our dynamic and collaborative team in Hummelstown, PA. Hours: Monday-Wednesday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Friday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Hybrid Schedule: 2 days onsite

Compensation: $130,000 annually

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and follow-up visits
• Manage psychotropic medication regimens, including medication changes for existing patients
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and therapists to support holistic care
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress
• Support patients in navigating obstacles to mental wellness
• Document clinical findings and maintain accurate health records
• Provide education and encouragement to patients and families

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Pennsylvania – Required
• Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification (PMHNP-BC) – Required
• 1–3 years of experience in mental health preferred (new grads with strong clinical rotations may be considered)
• Compassionate, trauma-informed, and patient-centered approach to care
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $130,000/year (negotiable based on experience)
• Bonus Structure: Paid biweekly based on productivity
