Family Nurse Practitioner / FNP or Physician Assistant / PA $130k/yr

Established concierge medicine, private practice is looking to hire a Family Nurse Practitioner / FNP or Physician Assistant / PA to work in a primary care setting in the Florence, MA area! 

Company:

• This small, private practice has been serving the community since 2006
• The practice is a concierge medicine model providing patients with more time with the providers, individualized care plans, and same day or next day appointments for an annual fee
• Services provided - general health, prevention & wellness, work/school exams, ear cleanings and more
• Team Size: 1 Physician, 1 APP, 2 MAs, and 1 Front Desk

Benefits and Features:

• $115,00 - $130,000 / year
• Salary dependent on experience
• 100% employee insurance paid
• 4-6 weeks PTO + 11 holidays
• Retirement with 3% match

Your Role with the Company:

• Full-time, Monday-Friday, Half day on Wednesdays
• 8:30am-4:45pm - the last patient is at 4pm each day except Wednesdays
• Outpatient setting
• APP will see on average 8-13 patients per day - 20 minutes for follow ups and 40-60 minutes for evals
• This NP / PA position is open due to an APP retiring

Background Profile:

• Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, FNP or Physician Assistant, PA
• 1+ years of primary care experience required
