Congratulations to Dr.Amita Avadhani for the selection as 2018 Fellow,FAANP

Please join me in congratulating Dr.Amita Avadhani, DNP DCC ACNP ANP APN CCRN for her selection as 2018 Fellow of Fellows at the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Dr.Avadhani has been an asset to FNAP since she joined in 2016 as the education co-chair and now she is president-elect.She has contributed to many professional organizations and extended her expertise in elevating the professional practice of nursing.

Like many dedicated nurse leaders, she wears multiple hats.She is currently President of Alpha Tau Chapter of Sigma Theta Tau Honor society of nursing, Secretary of Rutgers University of Nursing Alumni Association and member of NJ Governor's task force.
