Dear FNAP members, NJ APNs,(Please comment if you took any action.)
We are thankful to have our nursing leaders working towards an important bill.Time is of essence and I am sending this reminder again so that we all are making an action item for our next four weeks.
FNAP Board members have worked closely with NJSNA CEO Judith Schmidt and visited many senators, assemblymen, legislators and other key stakeholders across New Jersey. When we speak,we are heard and when we are heard, things change.
I may be repeating what is already posted. But it is extremely important.
"Consumer Access to Health Care Act" as it will allow full practice authority for APNs in NJ by eliminating the joint protocol requirement.
Please
- call,
- e-mail,
- meet in person or
- write a letter.
Whatever works for you. If you are a faculty member, encourage our future NPs, the students.
