Speaker:  Mary Granholm, MSN, APN, Chief Nurse Practitioner
Bergen Volunteer Medical Initiative in Hackensack, NJ

Lead nurse investigator, NP Granholm will discuss the journey of Grant application, study design, implementation and results as it pertains to an underserved population with a history high blood pressure and co-morbid conditions.

A light supper will be served.

There will be a short business meeting following the presentation.
