An Invitation to participate in the Obesity Project for an Honorarium!

I have an opportunity for a practicing NP who is in a team-based (not NP only) practice and wanted to see if you might know a couple of NPs who might be interested. 

I need help  identifying NPs on the East coast who:  a) are practicing FNPs or ANPs; b) are in a team-based practice; c) are not experts in obesity care (by that I mean working in an obesity clinic or something like that) but see adults who are overweight, c) live east of the Mississippi river or in Texas and d) would be interested in completing a short survey and participating in a small group round table to share their experience with seeing individuals who are challenged by obesity.  There is a $350 honorarium for these NPs to give their time and insight to the project. (need to complete both the survey and the 90 min round table to receive honorarium).  The formal invitation is attached above.

Do you know of  other NPs on the east coast who’d fit these criteria and might be interested?   Please feel free to send this to your colleagues and have them get in touch with me.   The organization who is doing this project regularly collaborates with the NP Healthcare Foundation and is highly reputable. They are skilled educators and group facilitators, and I know that whoever participate in this will get a lot out of the experience.  Please let me know.  We are helping to recruit NPs now for a round table the end of March.

Thanks for any help you can give me on this obesity project.  I think it’s a nice opportunity both to represent the NP profession, and it’s not a lot of time for a nice honorarium- plus it will be interesting!
