I am currently completing my DNP degree at William Paterson University and am a member of the NJSNA. My project focuses on evaluating whether a Motivational Interviewing (MI) educational module can increase primary care Nurse Practitioners' confidence in using MI for weight management with their patients.
I am actively recruiting primary care NPs to participate in this study, and I am sharing my research study with NJSNA members. Participants will complete a one-hour MI educational module, along with a pre- and post-test to assess changes in their confidence in using MI techniques. They will also receive 1 hour of free CE credit.
Please view the attached FILE.
Thank you for your time and consideration,
Millie
