Support Bill S1983/A944 Eliminating Practice Restrictions for Advanced Practice Nurses (APNs). APNs are highly trained and qualified healthcare professionals who play a crucial role in delivering primary and mental health care. Granting them full practice authority would significantly enhance their ability to serve patients independently, thereby improving healthcare access and outcomes for our citizens in New Jersey (NJ). This bill has bipartisan support in both the senate and assembly in NJ. It is time to move this bill forward and allow NJ citizens access to high quality care. Support NJ in becoming a full practice state and join the other 27 states that allow for APN full practice.
