The 9th Annual South Jersey Neuroscience Symposium will serve to build on improving the care of patients with neurological disease and/or injury in the region. The symposium will feature topics presented by specialists in the management of neurosurgical, neurological, stroke and cerebrovascular, and rehabilitative medicine patients in both emergent and non-emergent settings. Topics will include best practices utilized across the nation to reduce door-to-needle times, improve patient outcomes, and improve patient and general medical provider recognition of neurologic emergencies. Participants will leave with a greater understanding of the complex nature of neuroscience patients, and what the future may hold for this dynamic field of medicine.
