Invitation to participate in a Study for new NPs and their readiness to practice

My name is Marjie Leslie. I am a doctoral student at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. I am exploring novice nurse practitioners’ perceptions of readiness to practice and intent to stay. You are invited to participate if you are a nurse practitioner within the first 12 months of practice in your first NP role.

Your participation in this study is voluntary and the electronic survey is anonymous. If you decide to participate you will be asked to complete a brief questionnaire administered through an on-line survey. Your participation will take approximately 10 minutes. All participants who complete the survey will have the opportunity to enter a random drawing for one of five $25 digital Amazon gift cards. The random drawing for the surveys will be completed by Dr. Leslie and will require that you submit your email address. If you decide to enter the gift card drawing your email information will be kept confidential by Dr. Leslie. If you are interested in participating, please click the embedded link below.
